Service has gone down in general. I am in the market to replace this car and I would like another Toyota. The left rear door handle of my car broke off in April 2022. I paid $311.00 for the repair and new part at Auto Nation Toyota. The door handle broke off again in June, 2022, the first time I opened that back door. I had to pay $38.00 for the new part that they essentially broke when they "fixed it" the first time. It does not make sense otherwise. The service rep thought he was being very generous for not charging me for labor again. For $38.00 that I believe they were responsible for, I won't be buying my new car there.
