As a new Toyota owner, I have been impressed by the ease of setting up appointments for service and recalls. It is a bummer to have to wait four hours each time for service. Scheduling online and once I was with a Care Specialist excellent, things moved along fast and accurate. She reviewed previous visits and worked out service requirements. She kept me updated and I picked up the vehicle as quoted. Drop off was a different issue, waited about 10 minutes to drop the car off without anyone present to sign in and receive the vehicle. Even then, other cars wedged their way up different lanes and got ahead, not managed effectively and annoying. Otherwise I absolutely recommend and will return to the Fort Myers Toyota and recommend it to others. More
