Brought my car in for what I thought was a full service only to find out I was only getting a tire rotation. I was never made aware of what Toyota Care actually was. Spent way too long waiting (almost) 2 only to find out I was only getting a tire rotation. I was never made aware of what Toyota Care actually was. I appreciate the professionalism and efficiency of this dealership. The one thing I think can be improved is to review all work that is to be performed even if it is routine. They do a great job explaining dealership. The one thing I think can be improved is to review all work that is to be performed even if it is routine. They do a great job explaining the major problems, just not the everyday maintenance and anticipated future issues. This isn't a criticism of one service manager over another. I found it to be the case overall. However, I have found this dealership to be a good one and would recommend it. More
