Used dealership was across a large busy street from new dealership and this was not communicated to us by salesperson. We went to the address we had been given which was the new dealership. Inside the us dealership and this was not communicated to us by salesperson. We went to the address we had been given which was the new dealership. Inside the used dealership felt unorganized. This is supported by the fact that the vehicle had wheel lug locks but no key was provided. If the lock was not provided from previous owner then the dealer should have removed the lock and replaced the lugs. Other signs of poor organization include a final price that was incorrect as someone thought we had given a deposit of +$1000. We were honest and admitted that indeed we did not provide a deposit so that paperwork needed to be reprinted. More
