Service quality, wait time, advisors, and amenities while you wait are pretty good. The one concern I have lately is that I'm getting offered services "based on the age of the vehicle" rather than what my you wait are pretty good. I was recommended a tire alignment (before the car was even inspected) this time despite having it done the last service. I've also had to have my bill revised the past couple times because I was charged for what should have been free tire rotations (which you are supposed to get when you buy the tires there). Not sure why this is happening- bad incentives from management, overworked staff without the time to check service histories, poor IT systems, or something else... TLDR- Make sure your SA checks your vehicle history and double check your bill before you pay. More
