The front of the house doesn't greet you when you come in. Not a hello, how are you, nothing... Grease was all over the door and inside the vehicle on the arm rest. Didn't vacuum out or even wipe down grease spots. Which most oil change places will do. At least a quick wipe down. Now I have a nice ding in the door too, which would be impossible to prove and the dealer would most likely deny. So I didn't even mention it. I wish we wouldn't have spent so much on a warranty with Autonation. Customer care is low. Seems like all they care about is selling a vehicle. For what we spent, we should have gone with a luxury brand. They at least make you feel welcome and take care of your vehicle with pride. More

Too expensive, even with an appointment, it took about three and one half hours before my car was done. A long time for routine oil change, tire rotation and balancing. 12% charge for shop supplies is ou three and one half hours before my car was done.
