I was told after my tire rotation that the recall service for fuel warning problem could not be completed because the parts needed were not at the dealership so I came home and then I got a call that there w for fuel warning problem could not be completed because the parts needed were not at the dealership so I came home and then I got a call that there were no parts required so now I have to reschedule the recall service! This is very inconvenient and I can’t get it done soon because we have other things going on for the next couple weeks. I arrived at the dealership for my 9:20 am appointment and waited about two hours without the recall service completed. When I made an appointment online for recall work there was a special offer for oil change and tire rotation. I went in for my appointment, told the advisor about the deal, and he flatly told me, "No. We d was a special offer for oil change and tire rotation. Had them pull my car from the garage, went home and printed the page, brought it back, showed it to a manager who told me he'd have to check and call back. "There are conditions with these," he said. There were no conditions. These people made me feel as if they thought I was scamming them. I've had five new Toyotas from this dealership since 2005. My next Toyota will be purchased at another dealer. The whole experience left a bad taste, and the only bright spot was advisor Shevanie (she gets the stars, nobody else) who corrected the price on the spot and gave friendly and efficient service. You don't get to say "no" without checking, you don't get to "check" when the offer is right there in front of you, and most of all, you don't get to sell me another Toyota. More
