I did not have any contact with this person. The person who I most dislike was the closer who sort of lied to us. I said I wanted to finance my new truck with sun coast. He ask what my monthly payment shou who I most dislike was the closer who sort of lied to us. I said I wanted to finance my new truck with sun coast. He ask what my monthly payment should be and I said around $625. He came in and said he got me the closest he could and it was with Toyota. I went to sun coast an got a better interest rate and lower payment. I had to refinance my truck and pay there lender fees AGAIN. I would NOT recommend buying from Auto Nation to anyone. More

Buyer beware!! Bought pre-owned Tacoma sold to me with broken bumper that was glued back on. It took a little while for the adhesive to come loose but went back to the dealership within my three month war broken bumper that was glued back on. It took a little while for the adhesive to come loose but went back to the dealership within my three month warranty and was told it was a cosmetic issue that is not covered. Since when is a broken bumper a cosmetic issue, it’s a safety issue! Was sent to service center for a quote for repair. Quoted over $700. Mike in Pre-owned sales said he would only cover $100. Completely criminal! If they are this shady about a bumper, what else are they doing? What else are they hiding? Someone should investigate. More
