I had gone in for my 10K free tire rotation and oil change and it was suggested I add a $40+ additive to a relatively new car. He accepted my no but I wish they wouldn’t even try to do that. There were several other vehicles checking in at the same time. Felt like an airline that overbooked. With Covid I didn’t want to wait in the lobby and went for a walk then waited outside. At least they had picnic tables and benches to sit. On a positive the staff was friendly . More
