Easy to make an appointment online almost impossible to talk to anybody on the phone. I need my annual service plus recall work done. Was told to call to confirm they had parts for the recall and waited talk to anybody on the phone. I need my annual service plus recall work done. Was told to call to confirm they had parts for the recall and waited over 30 minutes several times before hanging up. Got several emails confirming appt. for annual service but not recall work. Got several phone calls confirming annual service and told every person to add the recall work. Future emails only listed annual service. Finally get there and they only have me down for annual service!!!!! they tell me it will be 5 hours to do the recall work. Give me a rental then call later to tell me they can't finish because they don't have all the parts and I need to go back the next day!!!! One of the most frustrating processes of my life and I will not be going back to that dealer!! More
