I brought my newly purchased Rav4 in for some service, Erik went above and beyound with not only making the drop off a wonderful experience, but also by keeping in touch with me during the entire process via Text. I honestly cannot remember the last time I received such amazing customer service from a dealership, Erik has now created a customer for life for Autonation Toyota of Fort Myers and truly deserves a raise!! I have already been telling co-workers and family members about my experience at Autonation due to Erik!! You guys have a great employee and I will be singing his praise for years to come. More

The service department of this dealership is a disappointment. Every time I have left the dealership after service , there have been issues. In three instances I have left the dealership after ser disappointment. Every time I have left the dealership after service , there have been issues. In three instances I have left the dealership after service and returned within 5 minutes noticing what was neglected . After my last service I have lost trust in this dealership. Trust is something I try to build with my dealership as I ALWAYS bring my vehicles to the dealership for service . They always promise to get back me, that has not happened. More
