I tried to call your General Manager many many times and left several messages, Nobody has ever called me back. The 321 5413 goes to the switchboard which is overloaded with calls, and they either put you on hold or direct your call to some voice mails, that you never know who you are reaching. It's just a waste of time and energy, I got so frustrated to try to call anybody, And that goes not only for the GM but also for the service dept.
