Terrible service ( Michael Pinot was a real jerk) Terrible dealership too. The services on the phone and in person are terrible, so is the quality of the cars. My car, a 2018 Toyota Camry with only 11500 miles on it, had already 3 recalls. The headquarters kept on delaying the remedy of the issues. I had to drive that car in the uncertainty of crashing anytime for almost 1 year, as the recalls were quite serious. When, the service department finally fixed the issues yesterday( I hope they did!..) changed the oil and rotate the tires at my request, they did not even wash or disinfect the car. Very poor customer service. My next car will certainly not be a Toyota anymore....and I will not recommend Toyota to my family nor my friends. The only person who was great in the whole dealership was Harry the courtesy van driver.. What a great guy. I wonder how he is putting up with this kind of toxic environment!.... More
