The service to my truck was good. I showed up on time a young lady asked if had an appointment and I said yes. That was all that anybody said to me. An hour and a half later I was loo I showed up on time a young lady asked if had an appointment and I said yes. That was all that anybody said to me. An hour and a half later I was looking to see what was going on and finally, I found somebody and they said that my car should be done. Fifteen mins later some said my truck was done and they have to wait for paperwork. In the meantime, my truck was sitting outside in front of me. Ten min later a I was asked to sign some papers and I left. Not up to the way they did in the past. This my 3 truck. I don't know Mario Paz More
We like the people working in that company but we didn’t like having to wait 4 and 1/2 hours just for an oil change. When we drove home we were very displeased with the time we wasted just sitting in your like having to wait 4 and 1/2 hours just for an oil change. When we drove home we were very displeased with the time we wasted just sitting in your waiting room. I believe your company overbooked their day at our expense. Extremely unhappy with that experience! More

My second visit and I was told it would take 2 hours. Really, two hours to rotate tires and another two hours to change the oil. No point in making an appointment. They are always very busy but when I had to have my 2004 Sienna towed in they got it worked in and let me know when they could get to it and the cost.
