I came in on Monday June 10th at 10:30, I made an appointment first to bring it in at that time. I had a few malfunctions on my car display, so they did a diagnostic test and it was the steering angl appointment first to bring it in at that time. They found the front and rear brake pads were worn down, so I got a quote from the service manager. She quoted me $343 for the front brakes and a special on the back for $179. I got the back brake job done, but I didn’t have that much money to do the front . I was there from 10:25 till 4:41pm. When I was getting ready to check out after they finally finished up, a lady in front of me had the same exact car I did and she paid $189 for a front brake job. So i think someone lied to me and tried to get the $343 out of my pocket. I did not say anything to anyone, because at this point I was so mad I just paid my bill and left. Well today is Thursday June 13th and I was driving today back from work which I had to miss on Monday to bring in my car. Well it happened again, the same malfunction lights popped back up on my car display and now I have to miss more work to bring my car back in to find out why this happened yet again. I take great care of my car and I get it serviced at the times it’s due. I don’t drive crazy and I respect my car, because it cost me a lot of money. It is a 2019 Camry XSE with everything in it and I love my vehicle. I don’t know why I got the run around when I went in for service and it took a good while, now I have to bring it back in and I really hope this next visit will be to satisfaction. I bought an air filter from parts while they where working on my car and do you know they wanted me to pay $30 just to put that in. That’s not taking care of the customer. I hope this review gets to someone that cares. More

I have been coming here a few years and the car wash has never worked. Recently took car in for an oil change and my tire pressures was not checked.
