My experience at the Autonation Toyota was fantastic. I was suppose to see a Billy for my appointment however it was super busy so I believe it was a Danny who came out to help me. He had given me a real I was suppose to see a Billy for my appointment however it was super busy so I believe it was a Danny who came out to help me. He had given me a realistic expectation of 2 hours for the service I needed, I received a text after only 45 minutes of waiting that my vehicle was ready. When I started my car it started shaking. I went and got Danny right away and he sent it back with a tech, it was discovered that there was a manufacture issue with one of the spark plugs, which they quickly replaced and I was back on the road. I was approached by a gentleman named Richard during my visit to talk to me about trading in my vehicle. He was also very helpful and gave me his card for when I was interested in bringing my car in for trade. I feel the waiting area is comfortable, full of snacks, water, coffee. And I love that everyone seems motivated to help make the experience great. More
