I took my brand new 2024 Prius here for a trunk repair and a window tinting. Both Steven Gonzalez and Jasper the service manager took incredible care of the issue and their customer service was outstandin and a window tinting. I waited 4 1/2 hours for a simple oil change. One of those hours was sitting in my car just waiting for a service advisor to take my information. It wasn't until I spoke to a service manager, that things started moving and from the minute, I spoke to him and got in my car was about 30 minutes. I don't understand the point of having an appointment when they don't go by appointments. More
