I took my car in for an oil change. I always get an oil change at this location, but this is the first time I wasn't satisfied with the service. The service technician checked my batt I always get an oil change at this location, but this is the first time I wasn't satisfied with the service. The service technician checked my battery, but he didn't put the lid back on the battery. I didn't get the multi-point inspection list like I did in the past. More

On Saturday 2023. 08.05 I returned to AutoNation Gulf Freeway for service on my 2022 Toyota. This is where I have all of my services done; as this is where I purchased 08.05 I returned to AutoNation Gulf Freeway for service on my 2022 Toyota. This is where I have all of my services done; as this is where I purchased my truck. I am on my 3rd vehicle (to date). All three were purchased at AN. Hector was my service writer and he does such an amazing job. He kept me updated throughout my visit. I even received pictures of the items that needed attention and or needed to be replaced.
