There were expensive things I asked them to look at that they told me weren't needed, and simple, inexpensive things I didn't ask about that they suggested & fixed. Also, when I picked up my car I was told that they'd mis-stated the estimate - I actually owed nearly $1000 less than the estimate. Frankly, my best auto service experience ever. More
