When i visited AutoNation I meet with the Manager David Stokely. Omg he has the best customer service ever. When I first started going this place was great they would do all of your recalls and service in a timely manner while being very personable. I don’t see any of those employees from 2020 working today. The new staff does not seem to care if the customer service peace is there or not they are just there to do what the boss says. They advertise on the service floor a lifetime battery that the refused to sell me they told me that it would have to be ordered and they would not be restocking the battery if I did move forward with it so instead sold me a 5 year Toyota battery and not the automation battery. They didn’t top of my fluids as described in the service and it seems like they don’t mind the back and forth when you have an issue about what’s going on with your car. More
