My salesman Shajeel Khokhar was beyond the best, even after my sale six months later he still go beyond selfless service to make sure I'm happy with my car. Made 8 am appt. to have diagnostics for my 2017 Highlander, due to some echoes in the radio and some occasional hesitation to accelerate in slow traffic. My vehicle to have diagnostics for my 2017 Highlander, due to some echoes in the radio and some occasional hesitation to accelerate in slow traffic. My vehicle did not require any repairs as no issues were identified, but it took over 8 hours to get my vehicle back. Technician said he updated the radio system to the newer version, however; the echoing remains. Mike Pungatore was extremely busy but he was very nice. More
