Went to drop off vehicle for maintenance. Sat there for 20 minutes waiting for Rick Aguilar to finish with other people’s checkin when I got there earlier than the people around me. When I asked me why he took the other people first when I had been there for already 20 minutes, he was unapologetic, defensive, and rude. Then when I pick up my vehicle again he was rude and disrespectful. He just seemed angry! He also didn’t ask me anything about the suggested services. I live an hour away from this Toyota and I was late to my appointment because of Ricks poor customer service. Thanks for nothing Rick Aguilar. More

I was very Blessed to have been passed on to Jose Cepeda from a reserved appt. I had been searching high and low for a truck with only three days left in a rental. Time was of the essence, and stress was from a reserved appt. I had been searching high and low for a truck with only three days left in a rental. Time was of the essence, and stress was extremely high. Jose was very attentive and understood my need. I believe God was with us when we came across the truck I purchased. I will continue to trust that this vehicle will be a good running truck. Jose was a Devine Intervention, and I would not hesitate to send anyone of my family members and friends to visit with him directly because that is exactly how he made me feel. He showed the love & care for a family member in need. I have taken on the care of my daughter and four grandbabies so the need is great to depend on good transportation, and the budget is low. Jose went over and beyond to make sure that it is in good safe running order. I can't say that I was reassured of this purchase by Sonny Chen. He almost made me feel as if I should be concern and not have my best interest in mind. First, I felt as if he was questioning my honesty regarding the rate I had preapproved from my CU, even when I was willing to give y'all the opportunity to beat, or meet it. Secondly, I was feeling uncomfortable with his attitude after declining any extra purchases. I had a limit on what I was wanting to utilize and determined not to exceed that amount even though I reached the top end. Also, I am sure it was not any fault of Mr. Cepeda to have delayed the delivery of my truck as promised, which was not to much of an inconvenience (but a bit concern hearing the comments from Mr. Chen lingering) since I was able to get a ride to work on the second day waiting and extended my stay there due to Taize Prayers with the CCVI Sisters. This helped calm my worry created by Mr. Chen. I will pray God Bless you all and my 2019'Tacoma Truck to serve my family and keep it safe for a long time, may you all have a safe Holiday Season with many THANKSGIVING to the one that protects & guides us always.
