Recently my car steering wheel has been shaking when I driving 55 mph. I have to visit AutoNation Toyota Hayward concerning that error. AutoNation service manager, Carlos Saldivar helped me test driving m driving 55 mph. I have to visit AutoNation Toyota Hayward concerning that error. AutoNation service manager, Carlos Saldivar helped me test driving my car and found out foam inside the tire which made the problem of shaking. I bought all 4 tires from super well known retailer and haven’t any idea why they left the foam inside the tire. Anyway, I’m really happy and appreciate of the service of AutoNation Toyota Hayward and recommendations for whoever need the service for their cars repairs in AutoNation Toyota. Thank you for the service manager and those of technicians , helped me to fixed my car. More

This dealership doesn’t have dealer adjustments fees like other dealerships. They sell their inventories as they come in. The staff were professional, polite, and friendly. Omid was my sales associate which other dealerships. They sell their inventories as they come in. The staff were professional, polite, and friendly. Omid was my sales associate which we communicated through email. He was patient and sincere with what I want and pinpointed the vehicle. He provided numerous vehicle specs before I decided on what I wanted. He genuinely wanted to help me to get my dream car. After the contract was signed, he stayed to go over the basic operating system and patiently helped us set up the account with the car, showed us the bells and whistles inside and outside. We were truly lucky to have him as our sales associate. Besides Omid, our financial advisor Sam deserves a praise. He also patiently answered our questions and explained all the numbers and truly understands our situation. He made the numbers make sense for us to understand. Both gentlemen were great and we had a wonderful experience. We shared our car buying experiences with our friends and wishing they would have the great encounter. More
