Toyota Hayward - service dept I purchased a new car from hayward toyota, when the first service time arrived as per their advise I took an appointment for Saturday at 12:00. I arrived on Saturday at 1 from hayward toyota, when the first service time arrived as per their advise I took an appointment for Saturday at 12:00. I arrived on Saturday at 11:30 and they received my car snd stated it they will do a general check up and tire rotation and that they will finish at 2:30. At 2:30 I asked if my car was done, he responded it’s a very busy day and that they will start now . 1- After waiting g 2 whole hours the service took 2- then they gave me back the car with wrong key . 3- then after the wrong key issue I drove out and noticed they had not reset the maintenance in the system and had to return to have it done. Extremely poor service and sense of responsibility. Poor organization and time management, I will not use their service nor advise anyone to do so. More
