I usually do not leave negative reviews but I feel strongly about this. Beware of this dealer; they advertise and quote a price and then when it comes to making an agreement, they add on and requir strongly about this. Beware of this dealer; they advertise and quote a price and then when it comes to making an agreement, they add on and require the purchase of additional dealer warranties (dent protection) and dealer installed (PPF and appearance protection) items. I dealt with Akif Ahmadov, so called Internet Sales Manager, but he repeatedly stated it was not in his control. So much for being a manager of sales. In reviewing the other Yelp reviews, this "bait and switch" practice appears to be a common concern. Like many, I had hopes that I could purchase my Toyota from a local dealer but was sadly disappointed. I understand that they want to make even more since Toyotas are in higher demand but I guess I will shop elsewhere. More
