Johnny and Sam showed me what customer service really means. They helped me when I told them I had a big problem with the first car I purchased from them. I emailed a few times the original sales associa means. They helped me when I told them I had a big problem with the first car I purchased from them. I emailed a few times the original sales associate who helped me but no one answered and I was transferred to different people. Johnny showed us the car that suits our needs and perfect for my family. He explained everything to us and I can see he is not into commission but he wants to make his customer happy and satisfied. Sam the financial officer also showed us the best options that won’t hurt our pocket if we will have issue with the used car in the future. I was so super stressed but Johnny and Sam turn it into less stressful. Thank you guys! More

Went in to get service on my Prius, which has near 250k miles on it. I trust AutoNation Toyota in Hayward to help me care for my car and keep it going! Today Ray was super helpful and got me set up with al miles on it. I trust AutoNation Toyota in Hayward to help me care for my car and keep it going! Today Ray was super helpful and got me set up with all the services I wanted (oil change, tire rotation, alignment) and answered all my questions. I love that they have my service history on record to check in on what services were previously done on my car, it’s really helpful. It’s also great when the mechanic can send a video of the inspection, it feels personalized and like they took the time to check on everything. Highly recommend this place! More
