Omid was so helpful and made the entire process of buying my RAV4 so simple. He answered all my questions and made sure I got the best deal. Excellent customer service by very friendly and curteous staff. Fernando Ruiz assisted me with my purchase of battery for my Avalon hybrid and everything went so smoothly.
