Brandon was helpful and arranged transportation both ways, which I really appreciated. They made the process difficult and tried to upsell me after repeatedly telling them I was not interested. I was pre-approved with my down payment in hand and already agreed on the out the door price. The after repeatedly telling them I was not interested.
