Took only 20 days from initial call to delivery from Toyota allocation to receive my new 2024 Tacoma the exact way I wanted it. The original salesman on the lot was very pleasant and worked well with me and my husband. The sales manager worked up the contract with me and my husband. We had to come up with a larger down payment worked well with me and my husband. The sales manager worked up the contract with me and my husband. We had to come up with a larger down payment It was getting late and I was tired and service packages were added in by the sales manager that me and my husband thought were part of the original price quoted but not so. Over the next 2 days I figured out the service contracts added more than I had expected. I was angry at first but then my husband and I worked out away for us to keep the contract as agreed upon. I really needed the car as my previous car had been stolen Don’t go car shopping when tired. I did call the sales manager and he was willing to negotiate in person but after talking to my husband we decided to continue on with the original sales financing. More
