The service department are scamming people, they are lying about everything and very poor service. Last time I had appointment and they told me that it will take around 1:30 to do the service and I aske lying about everything and very poor service. Last time I had appointment and they told me that it will take around 1:30 to do the service and I asked the guy if it takes more than that I come later to pick up my car but he told me it will not take longer and eventually I had to wait there for three and half hours. 2. After the service I asked them did you guys washed the car after service and their response was YES but after checking the car I found that they were laying and they didn't wash the car and even they didn't remove the palastic seat cover after service. I was at this dealership 15 minutes before my appointment and they began within minutes of processing my vehicle for service. I waited for my vehicle and they completed the service in about an hour which was and they began within minutes of processing my vehicle for service.
