Jamal Azizi helped me a lot in buying my first car. I wanted a specific color and trim which was not available. He tried and worked throughout the day to find me what I wanted . I made an appointment for an oil change at9 o'clock AM I arrived on time and waited in a line of other cars I assume was there for there appointments too. I wasn't seen by my service advisor until 9: 55. arrived on time and waited in a line of other cars I assume was there for there appointments too. I wasn't seen by my service advisor until 9: 55. I was there for a oil change only! He told me my vehicle wouldn't be ready for at less 3 hours, which I find to ridiculous. So I canceled my 9 o'clock appointment and left. I will not be back to Hayward Toyota again! More
