The service department at a AutoNation Toyota Hayward is by far the worst I have been to in all of Northern California. The lack of professionalism, communication, sense of urgency, and overall concern for by far the worst I have been to in all of Northern California. The personal is really good and helpful I bought a 2021 honda accord it was taken to body shop for minor scratches and my car came back to me in really bad shape and and a bad paint job.... I take my car in for it's every 5000 miles maintenance check and I'm told at the 60,000 & 120,000 mile check transmission oil was not done. I communicated to my service agent that after the last maintenan check and I'm told at the 60,000 & 120,000 mile check transmission oil was not done. I communicated to my service agent that after the last maintenance service I had a problem with the tire pressure light coming on, bought it back to Toyota and was turned away because they're to busy. Found a place that helped rectify the problem. I'm having the same problem again after my 124, 891 service maintenance. A few days of driving and the tire pressure light is on again. As much money I spent for my maintenance service I am not a happy customer! More
I had a bad situation that was turned great with the service of the service dept . after getting very simple thing done to my truck .i returned home only to find antifreeze leaking. Jim smith service service of the service dept . after getting very simple thing done to my truck .i returned home only to find antifreeze leaking. Jim smith service manager had my truck towed in. he kept me well informed of the status finding that it was not anything done by the tech to cause this problem they found the cause and the work was warrantied. i was informed when to expect it to be completed i was then sent a Lyft to pick me up to retrieve my truck. Jim made an ugly situation. very comfy i will surely return for more. Work when needed. thanks Jim More
