The salesperson did not have the odometer ready to read when I did my test drive, thus I learned after I bought it , the truck had over 800 miles. I now find out that I should be getting 22 mpg on freeway and its getting 18pmg. the dealership is not giving me a hard time to not providing me a vehicle while they fix this serious issue. I spent almost $50k on a new truck. thats a lot of money for me, but i know Toyota product is good, its this dealership is not providing adaquate customer service after the sale just three weeks ago, May 2023. I'm pissed! More

Had a terrible experience here, two years ago and decided to give it another shot and the people worked with this time did redeem themselves. I do enjoy one Toyota because of that transparency but in a high to give it another shot and the people worked with this time did redeem themselves. I do enjoy one Toyota because of that transparency but in a high demand market like this, you have to go where the stock is, I was able to get a decent trade-in amount for my car, only a little less than what I was expecting. Najim worked hard to be able to give me a price I was comfortable with. My time with Alex, my finance manager was pleasant. Overall glad I was able to give them a second chance and this team was able to make it happen. More

My service provider worked at checking my car to find the problem. It was a dead battery which they replaced and only charged for the battery and not the labor. Easy to pay and pick up my car. Hi, Last Friday I brought my 2021 Camry in for the last of my free services ,oil, and tire rotation. I had a 7:00 A.M. appointment and was the 2nd car in line, the service person taking care of me had my k of my free services ,oil, and tire rotation. I had a 7:00 A.M. appointment and was the 2nd car in line, the service person taking care of me had my keys and told me it would take 2 hours! I was a little concerned about that because the last time I came in for service I was first in line and was out the door in a hour and 20 minutes. My service person knew I was not happy about the fact that it was going to take so long so he came to see me once with a update and said my car would be ready about 9:30 a.m. Long story short my car was finished at 9:50 a.m. Over 2 and a 1/2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. I even talked to the manager of the service Dept , she said can I help you and I said yes, can you please tell me why its taking so long for a oil change and tire rotation, I was 2nd car in the shop this morning and its been 2 1/2 hours..No apology or im sorry sir, the reply was it should be ready any minute.. Why would a oil change and tire rotation take so long?? SMH More
