My car was returned with warning lights. Lights were not on beforehand. It took me super long to have to get service and have my car ready. I went there for the first time. And they did not fix my sensor problem after I spend 500+ dollar service fee. When I arrive there and the other employee told me that the the service advisor is off, and my questions are not able to be answered and the other employee told me to ask the service advisor the next day. I took my car to be serviced on Friday April 14th at 12:20pm. My service advisor came out introduced himself and inspected my car and explained what service was going to happen while there. I was called to pick up my car a little before 3pm. I have had nothing but very positive experiences everytime I have taken my car in to be serviced. The staff and service advisors have been very professional and the servicing of my vehicle has always been very efficient. I am very pleased with this dealership. More
