I've purchased numerous vehicles and this selling process bybfar took longer than any purchasing experience. It took the whole afternoon. Couldn't get an appointment. When I finally did and showed up, n bybfar took longer than any purchasing experience. It took the whole afternoon. Couldn't get an appointment. When I finally did and showed up, no one was there. Had to go back, after reaching a number, no manager to sign the check, called in different manager from another city. That manager never showed. Finally offered me cash and check. They couldn't do that from the start. They promised that the process would take 30 minutes. More like 4 hours More

Got there, talked to a salesman about a truck, we agreed on a price. I signed the paper with that price. Said I'll be right back I went to go get the money for a down payment. Then they raised the price, wa on a price. I signed the paper with that price. Said I'll be right back I went to go get the money for a down payment. Then they raised the price, was going back n forth with the manager and told him we signed the paper. Told us the salesmen should not have given us that price but that is what we agreed on. Ended up raising the price by 500$. Even though I signed a paper for a different price. Didn't even try to look for the paper. Signed paper probably shredded, didn't care to look for it. Ended up paying the extra 500 but that's not what bothers me. What bothers me is the principal and dishonesty. Once I signed and came back they did not even care to stand with the price we agreed on. Rated average cause other dealerships have shuttles.
