Our sales guy, Omid was great. He found the car ww wanted and reserved it in the truck. We agreed on pricing, and said we want to come in sign paperwork, hand you a check and leave He found the car ww wanted and reserved it in the truck. Then the finance guy in the last few minutes offered an extended warranty and service contract. I wanted to wait til later but he told us we had to buy right then or we couldn’t. So my husband signed up. We wrote a check for everything. I checked with our local dealer who said yes we can purchase service contract and warranty later. He offered a better price. We canceled the contracts with AutoNation 12/30. We have yet to recieved our refund despite calls, email etc More
