I was there to diagnose squeaking sound from trunk. They did diagnosis and said i have to change struts. But when i went to change struts in another shop as dealer’s quote was expensive, the other shop They did diagnosis and said i have to change struts. Dealer over charge. Never do service work at a dealer unless it is under warranty. Anything else go to a independent shop. Also when my truck was ready I called to get a Lyft to pick me up but hold times we’re long which is understandable. They do call backs but when I got the call back, someone picked up who doesn’t know what they’re doing and didn’t understand me and supposedly was transferring me to my service advisor but the call dropped and never got to an advisor. The sales side was very good to me at the time I purchased my truck. Omid, if he is still at the Hayward automation Toyota, I recommend asking for him when purchasing a new vehicle. Just know what you want and look at online prices. More
