A manager later explained that the warranties could be canceled two to three weeks later, after the bill was received, by contacting him via email. I also requested business cards for follow-up purposes, but none were provided, with the explanation that business cards were expensive. I recommend that future customers carefully review all documents and ask for copies and ask somebody else for help. More
