I went to the dealership for my 10k miles check up and it was a good experience. I was probably there between 1-2 hours. There was a lot of costumers, I wasn’t expecting to just be in and out. Not only th was a good experience. I was probably there between 1-2 hours. There was a lot of costumers, I wasn’t expecting to just be in and out. Not only they did the regular check up but my car exterior came back cleaner compared to when I brought it in. Thank you for that. More
I've come here 2 times for my 5k and 10 k service with appointments but each time I had to wait. I drive up. No one is there to greet customers. I decide to go inside. Multiple staff behind computers appointments but each time I had to wait. I drive up. No one is there to greet customers. I decide to go inside. Multiple staff behind computers but only 1 person helping a customer. The other staff just sitting behind computers with no acknowledgement of me or the next person that walked in and waited. Finally 45 minutes after my appointment time someone helps me. They text me my car is ready so I come back and pick it up and drive home. I find that my car wasn't locking so I try to call but they are closed so I leave a message and text them. I eventually figured out what happened and was able to lock my car, but I never did receive a callback the next day. I won't be coming by back here, will drive a few extra miles to go to another dealership More
