I've purchased numerous vehicles and this selling process bybfar took longer than any purchasing experience. It took the whole afternoon. Couldn't get an appointment. Had to go back, after reaching a number, no manager to sign the check, called in different manager from another city. That manager never showed. Finally offered me cash and check. They couldn't do that from the start. They promised that the process would take 30 minutes. More like 4 hours More
Rated average cause other dealerships have shuttles. My Toyota Corolla was purchased in 2020 with 5 services under the coverage. With the pandemic closures, I serviced 3 times once the service center opened up. When I went over to do the 4th service,, 2 week under the coverage. With the pandemic closures, I serviced 3 times once the service center opened up. When I went over to do the 4th service,, 2 weeks ago, I was denied, that the 2 year coverage is up in December 2022. The service center failed to honor the 2 services left. Bryan at the Service Center denied it. I hope the Manager can fix his employee's error. Under the pandemic criteria, I am still eligible for the two remaining services left. More
Dealership was okay when I bought my highlander 2021. But going bad for service it is horrible. I called on phone and could not get a service appointment. I went in person and one of the service associates did some paper work and claimed I have a date for the next friday 10 am. I asked him for a print out and he said they can get it out with my number I do not need the print out. I got there 10am on friday I did not have an appointment. The other service employees were giving me an attitude as if I did not pay for the service or I did not have an appointment. As though they were doing me a favor. They got to attend to me long after one hour after attending to others. My car was not washed after servicing they returned it to me dirty. I hope in my life never to return there to service my car again. Service staff attitude was very horrible, not supportive. More
