I was there to diagnose squeaking sound from trunk. They did diagnosis and said i have to change struts. But when i went to change struts in another shop as dealer’s quote was expensive, the other shop They did diagnosis and said i have to change struts. Second time bringing my car here for an oil change service. Service for Synthetic Oil & Wiper Blade: Oil change was done but Hayward Toyota did not change the wiper as was in the coupon. We received a text to accept the text from Toyota, received a vm from Bryan st done but Hayward Toyota did not change the wiper as was in the coupon. We received a text to accept the text from Toyota, received a vm from Bryan stating, 'coupon has a wiper blade as well - if he doesn't receive our call back, he'll go ahead have that changed.' Considering the vm Bryan left for us, we didn't call him back...Wiper blade wasn't changed. Asked Bryan why wasn't it changed he's response was, 'he needed our approval, What!! So, to de-escalate I asked him when I can bring the car to change the wiper...Bryan stopped communicating with me. Bryan can't explain why my car still wonders to the left even though wheel alignment was performed by Hayward Toyota...Fremont Toyota is way better! More
