Dealer ship is good but waiting time for service is too long, that is way I brought this car in for service after 3 years. Not happy with the service I got . Not a good job. Told me I had a bad front tire . The tire on the car is new . Did a bad inspection on the car. They told me the tire was at 3mm. Not a good job. The advisor was knowledgeable. He explain what needs to be done to my old truck and went an extra mile replacing battery terminal and replacing the battery. The mechanic test the power onto the radio and said the power is good. The service department come to the conclusion that the radio is bad. More
Overall, my experience with this dealership is very good. I usually go to them over anyone else because of the excellent customer service. They work very hard to go above and beyond. My only concern is the wait time and the lack of organization when checking in. I showed up at 7:55 for an 8:00 AM appointment but did not get seen until 8:20AM. And because of the confusion of the drive-up people who arrived after me were seen before me. That was very frustrating. They definitely need to find a way to make sure customers are seen in the order in which they arrive. More
