I bought the service contract when I purchased the car. I have had three services. I had an 8:00 AM, appointment and I got to the dealership at 7:40 AM. This was the best turnaround time (no waiting a long time for drop off and pick up) out of my three experiences. The previous two were not very timely, so I hope that this is the new standard. More
