Had been told that my left rear break light was out. In fact it was out, but pre appointment started to work. At my appointment the service contact person agreed that it was strange. I brought my car in yesterday for repairs due to a recall notice on the air bags and seat belts based on a notice I got from Toyota. Turns out the work was already done but Toyota sent me a duplicate notice notice on the air bags and seat belts based on a notice I got from Toyota. Turns out the work was already done but Toyota sent me a duplicate notice for the same thing. The service rep says Toyota needs to be told the work has been done or they will keep sending me notices on this recall. I don’t know how to make the notices stop coming on this. I would appreciate some follow up from AutoNation in Hayward. More
