It seems to have taken a backward step regarding appointment notification and repair preparedness. I received confirmation of my appointment by email the day of the appointment after departing my ho appointment notification and repair preparedness. I received confirmation of my appointment by email the day of the appointment after departing my home for the appointment. My first appt had to be rescheduled because the required part was not in house. A simple check when the initial appt was scheduled would have revealed the repair could not be done on the scheduled day. No email confirmation of the rescheduled appointment was ever received. Kudos for the actual repair work. It is excellent. Jonathan Lobo, my service dept interface, is excellent. Amicable, professional, and competent. I suggest an electronic bulletin board in the waiting area which notifies a customer when their vehicle is ready, or to go see their service handler, etc More

The WIFI was very, very slow and unable to use. I was at the dealership for 3 hours and waiting for the representative to let me know the update of my vehicle.
