Over 4 hrs WITH a 7:30am appt! Every time I go in - they push - you need this - you need that. I’ve been going to mall of ga for service, since they opened their doors. I also bought my 2012 Camry here. The team here are all pretty good. This is my first review. In October 2021 my 4 runner broke down by the Mall of Ga. I had it towed to Toyota MOG and Samantha Hulse was the service agent who was helping me with my service that day. To say she went above and beyond, is an understatement. She kept me informed of the work being done, as well as any issues found that may need to be addressed. She also walked me out to my car when it was complete. I recently had service in Feb 2022 on my Camry and Samantha was assigned to help me. Again she went above and beyond. It was raining quite heavy and the tech offered to pull my car up (unfortunately I did not get his name) and Samantha again walked me to my car. Her helpfulness, attention to detail, politeness and overall customer service is the best. She is an asset to the Toyota MOG team and they are lucky to have her! More
