I scheduled an appointment to get an alignment on Monday, February 20. I was told that I would have to leave it, because they were too busy and would not get to it for a few hours. I told him that I could not leave it all day, and that is why I scheduled an appointment. Allen, the representative, didn’t seem to care. I rescheduled for the following Friday, which he said would not be as busy. I dropped it off, and came back an hour and 45 minutes later. They had not even started working on it yet. It was parked in the parking lot, not even in the working bay. Again, Allen was nonchalant about the situation. Too busy, he said. Why do they suggest that you make an appointment if it is not going to be honored. So frustrating! I had to leave without the alignment done. Will never go back there again. More

My appointment was 9:15 am, got there 9:10, and started talking with service person at 9:35. Service person was very nice and didn't have any complain, but so many people was waiting without making line, a talking with service person at 9:35.
