I absolutely LOVE this Toyota location. My husband and I just moved to the Buford area and this was our first time at this branch. The staff is phenomenal. I was greeted almost immediately, My husband and I just moved to the Buford area and this was our first time at this branch. The staff is phenomenal. I was greeted almost immediately, even though it was very busy, and everyone is so friendly. My service advisor was RICHARD!! He truly took the time to break down everything to me as far as the services I was receiving that day and he was very polite and kind! The shuttle driver Mr. James was also very sweet and took me to the Mall (since I had a couple hours until my service was finished). There was also another young lady who drove the shuttle and she was just as sweet and funny! My car looks great and they finished right at the time they said they would, if not earlier. I truly appreciate their honesty and that they seem to really value their customers here! The location is also very clean, and has a small bakery/restaurant inside for the customers which was wonderful. I’m very excited to return to have more services done on my vehicle. Thanks so much again! More
