I have warranty on all of my tires one about to burst at the seems, 2 very low tread and one just starting g to be low tread. They did not take my keys at drop off because the receptionist and service atten the seems, 2 very low tread and one just starting g to be low tread. They did not take my keys at drop off because the receptionist and service attendant I spoke with on the phone neglected to schedule my appointment.I had just spent an arm and a leg on brakes and rotors but needed one specific tire changed in order to drive from a trip. Waited hours to drop off my key until the person I spoke with on the phone with arrived to work because no one else would take them or leave them although I had to get to work and it could’ve been sorted out with a later phone call. All of that just to have them insist they could do all 4 tires for 800$ with the buy 3 get 1 free. I asked several times how my tires (all differ stages of wear) we’re not covered in my full tire coverage warranty that I they sold me on a year ago when I bought the car. The insisted there was nothing they could do but they’d happily order the 4 to be done next week, ignoring my question several times of how much just the bad one would be or even just the 2 back. Worst dealership I’ve ever been to, just money hungry. More

I don't know what they did to my 2010 Toyota Camry I brought my car for inspection and oil change., but it's worse than when I brought it in.
