I went in for a routine oil change and a diagnostic for a noise coming from my wheels. Paul was my service advisor. The technician did not hear the noise but diagnosed my water pump and lower radiator were l noise coming from my wheels. Paul was my service advisor. Overall, Paul was a good service advisor. He was supposed to follow up with me about their rental car service but never did. I would go back to this dealership. I will ask for a different technician. I am not sure how he missed the noise from the wheel. He told Paul he thought the noise was coming from a can of "Off" bug repellent I had in the pocket on the door. More
