After purchasing my Avalon in December 2017, I have had all of the maintenance done by the Service Department. All of the service advisors I have interacted with have been very professional. I am especially impressed with David Sutherland, who has been my service advisor for my last two visits. Later in the day after my last visit I received a text message from him that included an under-the-hood photo that had been taken by the technician. There was a small deposit of white powder near the positive battery terminal. The battery had tested positive, but David suggested that I should clean the deposit and explained how to do it in a telephone conversation. He said it would help extend the battery life. I thought it was very responsible of him to contact me in this manner. More
