Got tires rotated in July. Tire pressure light stayed on after that. Made a 12:30 appointment to have this checked. Waited 3 hours!!! The employee, Paul was very apologetic and kept me informed. This wait time was ridiculous. Why even have an appointment? After waiting 3 hours, I was told nothing was wrong. But, the light has not come back on. This waiting has happened to me before at this dealership even tho I have had an appointment. I am considering changing the location of my service in the future. I bought the car here and have never taken it anywhere else. I was going to rate 3 stars, but you have to check 4 or the app won’t let you give a review!!! More
