Having a reservation means nothing here. Every time I still end up waiting hours for a simple oil change to be completed. Brought my brand new car back in because when we took it there were minor scratches on the exterior window panels. When I picked my car up (service was extremely great with the turn around time) they had no there were minor scratches on the exterior window panels. When I picked my car up (service was extremely great with the turn around time) they had not washed any of the road dirt off the car so I could not even tell if they fixed the scratches or not). When I mentioned this, the dealer employee said he didn’t want them to wash the car since the scratches had just been repaired???? They should have at least cleaned it off prior to fixing the scratches but did neither. He said to me as I was leaving if you see they are not repaired correctly bring it back in! Not the level of service I expected and as such are rating them poorly. Who wants to drive all the way back to the dealer if they did not fix it correctly and have to leave their car for a repeat repair? More
