Excellent work and service at this dealership. When I arrived I was welcomed with a smile, and then told with whom to talk to. Alen was very helpful and patient with us. My car was bought as a separate dealership and this was my first time at toyota. He took time to explain the tests ran and what was performed for maintenance, as well as costs of everything. He helped us get set-up and gave texted us when it was time to pickup the car. They took around an 1.5 to service the car and we were in our way. Excellent service, kind staff, and great prices. More
It is the worse auto service ever. Do NOT go AutoNation Toyota! They are disorganized, poor communication among staff and management, vehicle was damaged and they have horrible customer service. I wish I had left the shop as soon as I saw no one wanted to help me there. That was a simple sign from the universe there. I just came in because of a nail in the tire. -Map Mouth, service advisor, said I needed to call the tire shop where I bought the tires instead of checking it at Toyota. He just sat carelessly at the desk, didn’t want to help me and just stared into space while I called the other tire shop on the phone. -Alan Richter, service advisor, had no manners, did not greet the customer and didn’t even ask if I need d help with anything. He just sat there as well. -A new employee (do not know the name) took my vehicle in get it checked when I left with the shuttle driver, Charles McWilliams, while no one would assist me. I told them they needed to check my tire there. And then I waited so long for a update on my vehicle. I called several times to get ahold of someone. I kept being transferred to several people on the phone. They didn’t even know who was working on my vehicle. Lastly, they said there was no nail in the tire when I got ahold of someone, Paul Kim, and he stated it was ready to be picked up. That’s when I picked my vehicle up, left the auto shop and noticed my right side mirror was completely smashed. Oh I was furious! I couldn’t go back to the shop because they were closed. I called several times to the to get ahold of someone. No one even cared. I tried to contact Paul Kim. I couldn’t believe it. It felt like a nightmare at the AutoNation Toyota The next day, I went into the shop to speak with management. Paul Kim and the manager James claimed that the damage wasn’t done at Toyota. That’s a lie! I didn’t have a smashed side mirror prior to coming to get my tire checked. James stated that I’d get the discount ($295) if I wanted to get it fixed at Toyota. That’s not really a discount there. Sadly, I had to get the smashed mirror fixed somewhere else because they did not care about it. Unfortunately, I had to come back because the tire light turned back on again. That’s when they found a nail in the tire this whole time. Oh these human beings do not care about the customer or the vehicle whatsoever. All they were concerned about is making money from a sale. That’s it! I suggest you never ever go here. I’ve had the worse experience at AutoNation Toyota. I’ll never ever be back again! More
