The dealership has numerous service desks and the Service Advisor was extremely helpful. The waiting room is large and the restrooms are nice and clean. Advisor was extremely helpful. The waiting room is large and the restrooms are nice and clean. More

I had a terrible experience with Kurt a collision center customer representative. Mike the manager was great at handling the issue and keeping me updated on my cars repair. My car went over to service to be customer representative. Mike the manager was great at handling the issue and keeping me updated on my cars repair. My car went over to service to be aligned and calibrated for collision center and for a seat repair and a antifreeze smell under warranty. Chris at the service center said they never could smell the antifreeze but Mike at body shop said he smelled when in the body shop. When repairing the seat they dropped it and damaged the inside paint and door molding and the car had to go back to the body shop for more repair work. The seat they say they replaced had the same foam issue when we picked it up. I was not happy about the damage to my car in the service center but I understand things happen. I don't understand why my seat has the same seat form in it with the same issue or why everyone but the service center can smell the antifreeze. I give three stare because Mike tried hard to correct a bad experience at the collision center but the service center not only damaged the car but did not fix the issues. More
I brought my Supra in for 24 month service, essentially an oil change and cabin filter, and waited five hours for the service. The only explanation I got for why it took so long was that they needed to get an oil change and cabin filter, and waited five hours for the service. The only explanation I got for why it took so long was that they needed to get a part from another dealership, Beaver Toyota. When I asked what part they needed for an oil change, I was told it was the oil. While I waited, I received no updates on the progress of my service until after waiting four hours I approached the service representative myself. I had scheduled my service weeks in advance and arrived well in advance of my scheduled time. The icing on the cake for this experience is that I noticed a tiny chip in the paint on my hood when I got home. While I have no proof it happened at the dealership, I had just hand washed my car two days prior to my service and hadn’t driven it from that point until I took it to the dealership. By the way, this is the same dealership that basically blew me off when I went to purchase a Supra even though I had previously bought two other cars there. So, not only did they lose the sale of a Supra, I guess they will be losing the service business for my Supra and three other Toyotas that I own. Their competitor Beaver Toyota will get a chance to earn my business. More
