Took my 4runner in recently for an oil change. It was my first time at this dealer and probably going to be the place I go for future work as long as their service gets better. My service tech was great and she was very helpful checking me in. The mechanic performing the oil change left oil finger prints all over my White car on the exterior. You need to do better and pay attention to what you are touching. Also I didn't understand why they left my old oil window sticker and just added the Toyota oil sticker next to it. I'm not collecting them. More
