Took my 4runner in recently for an oil change. It was my first time at this dealer and probably going to be the place I go for future work as long as their service gets better. You need to do better and pay attention to what you are touching. Also I didn't understand why they left my old oil window sticker and just added the Toyota oil sticker next to it.
