I worked with Lori, service drive manager, to get all the work necessary to get my 2008 Tundra ready for approximately a 6000 mile trip this summer.with our 26 ft. RV trailer up through Maine and back through Canada. A lot of work was required. I've owned this truck since 2010 and done little in the way of hardcore maintenance. Brakes, fluids, tires, oil changes etc. This time it required heavy duty maintenance, timing belt cover & seals, water pump seals, drive belt tensioner, brake pads and rotors, alternator belt, new battery and a ton of gaskets, seals, and O rings. Over $5000.00. Runs great! Hope we get through this trip without any breakdowns. Better than buying a new truck! We put 7000 miles on the truck two years ago, with a trip out west to Montana and side trips through the Mr. Rushmore, Wall Drugstore, Black Hills, Yellowstone, etc. Great trip and performance by our truck.
